1. Agreement

These Terms of Service govern your use of the NorevX website, health assessment, and membership services. By using our services you agree to these terms. NorevX ("NorevX," "we," "us") is a telehealth membership practice operating in California.

2. Eligibility

Services are available only to California residents aged 18 or older. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information in your health assessment. Providing false health information can result in serious harm and immediate termination of membership.

3. Not emergency care

NorevX does not provide emergency services. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room. Do not use this website for urgent medical needs.

4. Medical services

Medical care is provided by independent licensed California physicians. Completing the assessment does not guarantee that any treatment will be prescribed; all prescribing decisions rest solely with the treating physician following a clinical evaluation.

Coaching services are wellness services, not medical care, and do not replace physician guidance.

5. Membership and billing

Membership is billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis until cancelled. You may cancel anytime from your account with no cancellation fee. Fees for the current billing period are non-refundable except as required by law. Medication costs, where applicable, are disclosed before you are charged.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the services, share your account, attempt to obtain prescriptions for another person, or interfere with the operation of the website.

7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The website is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, NorevX disclaims all warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the website. Nothing in these terms limits liability for medical negligence, which is governed by California law.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California.
