NorevX ("NorevX," "we," "us") is a telehealth membership practice operating in California. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you visit our website, complete our health assessment, or become a member.

2. Information we collect

Information you provide: name, date of birth, contact details, sex assigned at birth, height and weight, medical history, medications, allergies, and answers to our health assessment.

Information collected automatically: device type, browser, pages visited, and approximate location, collected through cookies and similar technologies for site operation and analytics.

Health information you provide through the assessment or during care is additionally protected as described in our HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices.

3. How we use your information

We use your information to determine eligibility for care, connect you with licensed California physicians, coordinate labs and pharmacy fulfillment, provide coaching services, process payments, communicate with you about your visits and membership, and improve our services.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share health information with advertising platforms.

4. How we share information

We share information only with: your clinical care team; our electronic health record system; licensed pharmacies and laboratories involved in your care; service providers under contract (including business associates under HIPAA); and as required by law.

5. Data security and retention

Information is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is limited to personnel who need it to provide your care. We retain medical records as required by California law (minimum 7 years for adult patients).

6. Your rights

California residents have rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know, delete, and correct personal information, and the right to non-discrimination. Health records are governed by HIPAA and California medical records law. To exercise any right, contact privacy@norevx.com.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
